Good afternoon.
I have a large number of dance parents who are asking if their dancer is registered for our event because they are not receiving the autoresponders when they register.
From what I can tell, all of these clients have Gmail accounts. I've had most check their junk folders and they tell me nothing is there either, but I cannot confirm if their junk folders have perhaps been deleted before they come to me or whether they never received.
It's a large number not receiving them so is there a way to find out way?
This was happening with our previous from back in February of this year as well but not as many parents mentioned it, so I thought was just a small glitch but now I am worried.
Thanks,
Natalie

Hi Natalie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Natalie,
Thanks for your patience. I understand that the parents haven't received any email whenever they submit a form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
You can add a send email button column in your submissions table to send an autoresponder to your form users. Let me show you how.
- On your My Forms page, select your form.
- Then click on Submissions.
- Scroll to the end the row, then click on Add.
- Click on Buttons.
- Click on Send Email, then click on Next.
- Name your Column, then click on Next.
- Select your Autoresponder Email.
- Click on Create Column.
You now have a column with buttons that can send emails to the parents.
You can also check out this guide on How to Send an Email With Form Data in Jotform Tables.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Thank you.
Yes, I am aware of the methos to send emails from the submissions page, however, the auto responder is set so I don’t have to do that ;)
Some of our competitions have over 200 entries so I don’t really have time to send each one individually. And I also wouldn’t want to chance missing any.
I too have the replies coming to a Gmail account, but I also know that so far, any parent that has reached out to me with saying they didn't receive the confirmation (for this event and the last one) has had a Gmail address. So I am only going by the info I currently have ;)
If you can't recreate the issue and you haven't had issues from other account holders, then I guess it's a fluke and I will continue asking them to check junk folders but directly after registering.
Thansk,
Natalie
