How to filter responses by school?

I work for a network of after school programs and am thinking of using Jotform to streamline the application process for families: signing the waiver & paying to enrollment fee. Would ti be possible to have one waiver for all 4 of my programs but be able to easily filter by the specific campus that they attend?

You can collect the E-signature and also collect payments with the help of Jotform. You can also use different filters to easily manage the submission data in Jotform tables.
