Can you disable the 2-Factor Authentication?

    Good day dear support team,

    Could you please tell me if it is possible to disable two-factor authentication for Jotform for my account.

    Hi Homes_info71_info,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the authentication cannot be disabled. This is a security feature established to make sure that the user is the one logging into the account. Once you logged into your device, it will be registered to our system, and you will not be asked for the authentication again. Note that it is part of our Terms of Use that sharing of accounts is prohibited. If you want to give access to different users, you can use the Collaborator link or upgrade to our Enterprise Plan which can have a sub-user.
