How to add multiple paragraphs to the form?

Hi! I am trying to do an informational/ directional page at the beginning of my jotform and it has led me to a couple of questions that I can't seem to figure out.

    1. Is there a regular text box option when it comes to building a form that is not the "header" button? We simply need to put some directions that don't require the large heading.
    2. In the regular text box or header option, is there a way to do paragraph breaks? The text we are attaching is sort of long and needs to be separated into paragraphs but every-time I click the return button or tab button on my keyboard of my computer it just shifts me to the next element on my form.
    3. Is there a way to remove buffers at the bottom of headings so there isn't as much space between elements?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi LeAnna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use a Paragraph element instead of the Header for your requirement. Here's how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element on the left side.
    2. Under the Basic tabdrag and drop the Paragraph element to your form.
    3. Click the Pencil icon to enter a text and edit the text by utilizing the toolbar.
    4. Click on the Check icon to Save. How to add multiple paragraphs to the form? Image 1 Screenshot 20

As for your third question, can you share the URL of the form you're working on? We have a guide on Where to Find Your Form URL. Can you also share a screenshot of the buffer you want to remove? Here is the guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi! Thank you for your helpful response in regards to my first two questions… as for my third, attached is a screenshot of what I mean when I refer to “buffer…” Essentially, what I was asking is if there is a way to remove the margins to move elements closer together. The margins I am referring to are circled in yellow!

In this form, they just look awkwardly far away and it’s worse I feel on the computer.

I do not want to remove the margins on all questions/ elements but simply on this heading & directional page. Thanks! How to add multiple paragraphs to the form? Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10
