Upgrade account after renewal

I'VE RECENTLY RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTIONS BUT WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE. HOW DO I COMPLETE WITHOUT BEING DOUBLE CHARGED?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You're already charged when your account was renewed. Simply choose the plan you want and upgrade as normal. The charge for your current subscription will be applied towards the plan that you're going to choose. Note that if you upgrade your plan, you will also lose the Bronze Legacy Pricing for your account. You can no longer go back to the old pricing shall you decide to downgrade to Bronze in the future.
