Allow form fillers to copy their submitted data in one form and paste it to another

I have a Purchase Order form that is embedded in Kitchen.co portals. They click on the link and populated the Purchase Order and click submit. This now shows up in our jotform submissions. I have figured out how to send them a link to edit a submitted Purchase Order and resubmit. I am now trying to figure out if there is a way for them to be able to open a submitted form and copy it to a new Purchase Order, make the appropriate changes for the new Purchase Order and submit as a new unique Purchase Order submission.

    Hi Toby,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible for a form-filler to open their existing submission, copy the information they previously submitted and paste it to a new form. They have to fill out the new form manually. I understand this is a tedious process so I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Meantime, you as the form owner can prefill a new form using old submissions' data, if this works for you, then I suggest checking out this guide to see how it's done.

Let us know if you need any more help.
