    Buenos días,

    Hace dos meses que les escribí un correo para darme de baja del servicio y me han cobrado dos meses más. Espero que me retornen el dinero y que me den de baja inmediatamente, sino tomararé medidas legales. Gracias

    I see that there is an account with the username verobo associated with the email

    Can you please tell us from which email and to which email did you send the email to cancel the subscription?

    We will issue a refund once we confirm this.
