    Hi,

I want to create a form, and depending on the selected options, I want a different receipient. I guess I have +/- 150 different receipients.

    Which plan do I need?

I only need one form. Is bronze OK? I don't see anything mentioned about the number of receipients in the "features & pricing" table.

    Kind regards,

The Free account can add only one recipient email address per Notification. The paid accounts can add multiple recipients, but the limit is 10 emails per Notification.

    Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients

If you want to send an email based on based on user's answer, you can do it with conditional logic. Even the Free accounts can add multiple recipients inside of the conditions. Please check this guide, for more details:

How to Send Email Based on User's Answer

Considering that you will have 150 different recipients, you will have to create at least 15 conditions (10 recipients per condition). Make sure that the emails are separated with a comma and space. Example: email1@gmail.com, email2@gmail.com, email3@gmail.com

You can set this even with the Free account. I would suggest you to check our Pricing page and see other limits and then to choose your plan.
