Hi mbogatin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to collect signatures using a form. Can you please explain the use case a little bit more so that we can assist you better and respond accordingly? How should the dynamically grown work? It would also help us to understand what you're referring to if you could take a screenshot of an example and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi mbogatin,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can send a notification email to the organization with a submission PDF attachment containing the user's signature. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
- Click on the Emails tab on the left panel.
- Click on the Add Email Button.
- Select the Notification Email option.
5. On the next page, click on the Recipient tab and then add the organization email to the Recipient Email field.
6. Next, click on the Advanced tab.
7. Enable the Attach PDF and then click the Save button.
That's it. Now, whenever someone submits the form a notification email will be sent to the organization email with a submission PDF attachment that contains the user's signature.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
