How to use Apple and Google pay for my payment form?

    Hi Team,

    Couple of questions:

    1) Currently my Page and payment settings is integrated to paypal.

    I also wanted to accept Apple or Google pay as option is it possible ?

    2). I have integrated Thank you page after Payment is done but it is taking long time to return to thank you page after payment - can we make wait time less ?

    Hi mhtracytelugu,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The PayPal integration doesn't support Apple and Google Pay yet. If you'd like to use these payment methods, please consider switching your payment gateway to Square or Stripe. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left and on the Payments tab.
    • Next, click on the 3-dot icon beside the Venmo option and click the Switch to Another Gateway option.
    • On the menu, select Apple/Google pay then select one of the providers and connect your related account.

    Please note that switching your payment provider may remove some of the payment options available in your current integration. This is because each payment provider offers different payment methods. We also have a guide on How to Integrate Jotform with Apple Pay and Google Pay that you can check out.
