We've made payment yesterday but still forms are disabled.

    Hi,


    we have made the payment yesterday & it i got an email saying as attached.


    can you pls check..

    Hi Thenmozhi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears your subscription payment is pending. Auto-renewal has failed to be authorized. Could you share any proof or screenshots of the invoice where you made payment yesterday? I checked your account, and it appears that you are nearing the end of your submissions. Could you please delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSVExcel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Can you check on the below email I received from IT
    Dear Priya,
    We updated the credit card details yesterday, but it seems that the auto-debit has not occurred yet. You should be able to verify this from your JotForm admin details. Also, could you please ask the support team to initiate the renewal if it hasn’t been initiated yet?

    Hi Priya,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you want to upgrade your account again to the Silver plan, then there is no need to do anything. Or you can check out this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.

    Thank you so much.

    I will delete the old entries & keep the space free for now. Silver plan we will surely consider in coming months, i will speak to the Management on this.


    Regarding the payment, they are trying to process it again with the link that you have sent.
