Error Message in Migrating an Existing PDF to JotFrom

Hello again,

I am attempting to convert/migrate an existing PDF to JotForm in order to see if my company can use your service. Unfortunately, I must have the ability to generate a form from an existing PDF document and cannot start from scratch. I have tried uploading 3 different PDF’s (a Reader Extended Fillable PDF, an Fillable PDF and a plain un-fillable PDF) all 3 attempts have resulted in the same error message. I am using the tool recommended in previous correspondence with Adrian from JotForm - is there anything I can do to make my file(s) compatible with your migration feature?

It is not currently possible to convert PDF's to web forms.  If you are using the PDF import tool from the following page, it can only convert forms that were created using the now closed Adobe Forms Central:

Regular PDF's, unfortunately, cannot be converted to web forms and would need to be manually recreated.

I have added a feature request ticket to our system. Although there is no ETA for when it will be implemented, we will let you know in case we have any updates.
