Accessing a form beyond your requirements

I was supposed to sign up for a traffic management plan with Altus they placed me on this platform and because this ceased after initial signing then all sorts of information popped up but nothing relevant may have just cost them a contract by being unable to act so your platform may have just cost them business

Also, it seems you have filled out a form created by a user in Jotform. If you have any issues about your submission, please contact the form directly about it. You can reply to the Autoresponder Email that you received after submitting their form.

I was supposed to apply for an application to allow your client to be paid through my purchase order but because you wanted an unknown specified rubbish irrelevant to the requirement of registering with Altus Traffic management
So they lost the contract

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that Jotform is an online form builder where our users use our platform to create forms that can be filled out online and are not affiliated with them. I suggest you contact the owner of the form thru their website or wherever you found the link to the form you have just filled out.
