Jotform Website loads slowly and getting Opps message

    Is bandwidth limited on Free accounts?

    The server response is horrible. Forms take about 5 minutes to load and sometimes I get "Oops" message.

    Hi PeopleMatter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. I just checked your account and I noticed that you have two forms, both of the forms are working correctly. Can you please confirm if you embedded the form on any website? If yes, can you share with us the URL of the website where the form is embedded?

    I cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
