Autoresponder is not working

    In following link, auto responder is not working. Acknowledgment was not receoved by receipients.

    I have filled the form again, but still does not received any aknowledgment.

    Hello HIC_Representative,

    Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing additional information. When I checked your latest test submission, it showed in the email logs that an autoresponder email was sent successfully to par*********86@gmail.com:

    It's easy to view the email history of your account. Let me walk you through it:

    1. From the My Forms page, click on your avatar located at the top right corner of the page. Then, select Settings from the dropdown menu that appears.

    2. While on the Settings page, click on History and you should be greeted with a list showing your account's activity history. From there, you can click on All Actions, then select Emails from the dropdown to filter the list and only display the emails that were sent from your account.

    Now, I've noticed that you're using a custom sender address (admissions@harward.vic.edu.au) to send the autoresponder emails. However, certain email services like Outlook or Gmail may ignore emails sent from custom sender addresses. To ensure reliable delivery, I'd recommend setting up an SMTP sender email instead. Let me guide you through the process:

    1. On the same Settings page, click on Settings to open the settings tab.

    2. Scroll down to the Sender Emails section and click on Add Sender Email button.

    3. A modal will pop up where you can enter your SMTP details. Once you're finished adding them, click on Test Email button to check if everything's working. If it is, go ahead and click on Save Email button.

    After that, you can return to the Form Builder and update the sender email of your autoresponders to use the SMTP sender you just added. You can check this page to learn more about setting up SMTP on your forms.
