Have the images I sent for Batcombe and Beyond submission for Somersert Art weeks downloaded?

I dragged and dropped 8 images for our submission and got an error notice. Everything seemed to have gone through except the images. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issue with this. I am unable to check your account since you have created a thread from guest account. Can you please provide us with the Form URL you are referring to and I can take a look at what's going on? Let me show you where to find the form URL:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar.
2. You will immediately see the Form URL, click on the Copy Link button.

Additionally, it would help us understand better if you could share the screenshot of the error.  This guide will show you how to do that. Also please let us know if you are the form owner or if you are filling out the form and submitting it.

Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
