Hi purplebeard777,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can achieve that by adding Product Options in your Product List widget. Let me show you how to set that up:
First, we need to add the Product List Widget:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.
- From Form Elements, Basic tab, select or drag and drop the Product List widget to add it to your form.
Now we can customize the Product List and add Product option:
- Click the Cart icon from your Product List widget.
- Hover to a product and click the pencil icon to edit.
- Change the Product Name, Price and image from the Basic Tab and click Save to save any changes made.
- Now, navigate to Options Tab to add product options.
- You will see the Quantity Option by default, and you can edit this to set the product's maximum quantity per order by clicking the pencil icon.
- Click Save Quantity button to save the changes.
- Add another option by clicking +Add button in Add a Product Option field.
- You can select preset options by clicking the dropdown in Populate Options from Presets. For this example, I selected the Size preset and deleted some options.
- Next, Enable the Create Sub Products from Options to show each option in the product list.
- You can then add another option for Color.
After setting this up for the first product, you can then duplicate it to copy all the options made from the first one:
- Click the Cart icon from your Product List widget.
- Hover to a product and click the gear icon.
- Select Duplicate option.
Here's a screenshot of the result:
Here's the link to my sample form for you to check and see the results. Also, you can clone the form by following this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello Ilya,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I've cloned and found that you have enabled the Create Sub Products from Options on the Color. I was able to show all of the available options, and the user would be able to select similar colors with different sizes by disabling the Create Sub Products from Options on the Color and enabling it on the Sizes for the Premium T-shirt Oversize. Here's the link to my demo form. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your Form Builder, click on the Product Field, and click on the Gear Icon.
- Under Product Settings, click on Options, and then click on the Pencil Icon.
- Under Product Option, enable the Create Sub Products from Options for Sizes or Color.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. -

Hello Ilya,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please send us a Loom Video that shows the issue? It can help us investigate further, especially since the screencast I've provided on my previous message was a cloned one from the Form URL you shared. It should have worked on your end. But since it didn't, please send us a screen recording, so we can continue investigating the issue.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution. -
