How to integrate with Google Calendar.

I will also need to integrate the form with Google as we use the calendar and email on outlook

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can't directly integrate with Outlook services like Calendar or emails, instead you have to do it via Zapier. You can easily configure it to send Jotform entries to an Office 365 calendar or connect Jotform with Microsoft Outlook. What you can do is directly integrate Google Calendar with your form. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3. Search and select the Google Calendar integration.
4. Now, click on authenticate and connect your Google account.

• Add a title.
• Choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
