hello all, well I try we never know lol

I am looking for a solution to create a form that allows my visitors on my site to request a quote and book a date, the client receives his quote on his email and he can if he wishes to validate his payment via link on the mail and receive invoice back... etc.

I started to make a form but as I am not a big coder, I'm stumbling. I tried to understand zapier, integromat, goggle calendar, spreadsheets .. I know that all the elements are there to get to do something but my knowledge and abilities are limited.

maybe someone can give me some leads

thank you again, and congratulations to the team of jotform

    Hello,

I checked your form and it appears you are on track with what you are building. Since there is no need to make an actual payment, there is no need to include a payment field.

With regard to emails, if you have an email address field in your form, you can use that as your point for email recipients for autoresponders. Autoresponder email alerts are those automated emails being sent by the system to those who made the form submissions.

You can learn more about email alerts here:

In any case, please feel free to send us more questions in better detail, then we will do what we can in providing you solutions to your concerns.

    Thanks and warm regards.

Hi liyam and thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Indeed, I know the autoresponder Email and yes there is an email field in my form.

but I can not find a service that allows me to send a quote proforma online (layout with logo, customer number ... etc). For example, I wanted to make a zapier to invoiceninja or other service of this type, but none proposes action for that, they all just give the action to create an invoice which is not a good procedure,

    what I seek to do:

    1 step: jotform> quote creation> registered email

Thank you again for your help.

    Sof.

Hello again, Sof. Unfortunately, with invoice services, we have no knowledge on which service would have those that you require. You can try exploring the invoicing services that are available in Zapier such as InvoiceBerry, Zoho Invoice, and Invoiced.

    Thanks.

I am blocked. I try to find a booking service via zapier in action that takes into account the essential elements of my jotform.

You can check Quickbooks integration through our 3rd party integration with Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/quickbooks

    Or Zoho invoice: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/zoho-invoice

    Hope it helps.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

thank you, I have tried both already, we can create a contact or an invoice/estimates on zoho invoice and books, but I must validate the mail payment by my self not auto, for quickbooks it's almost the same.

What I don't understand is the validation process. Would you mind giving us more details about it? Why are you validating the payment if the client can just check their order, and edit if they wish to change it?

If you want to validate the email address of the submitter to make sure they are using a valid email, you can use our Email Validator widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/e-mail_validator.

    If you want clients to review the information they provide on the form, you can enable Preview Before Submission in the form settings. Go to Settings > Form Settings > More Options > Review Before Submit set to Yes;
