How to disable form on specific date and time

Thanks for patiently waiting. It's easy to disable your form after a specific date and time, let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings at the Top.
• Under Form Settings tab, look for Form Status.
• Click the current Status and select Disable on Specific Date.
• Set the date and time you want to restrict submissions on your form and click Save.
