How to duplicate a form that I created

I need to duplicate a form that I have developed and use it for another event.

Been trying to find out how but have not been suceesful.

It is the WEROCK Camp registration form.

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use your form's URL to clone it to your account. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In your My Forms page, click the Create Form button.

2. Select Import Form.

3. Select From a web page.
4. In the field, enter your form’s URL, then click Create Form.
