Work together on one form and results

Hi,

How can I work with 8 people on the same form in Jotform. I would like those 8 people to be able to see all the filled in forms to quicly lookup information from their client.

I tried to collaborate but this only gave access to the form editing itself not the results. And the form did not appear in the list of my collaborator.

It seems like you are looking for to create some sort of "approval workflow", if that is correct, please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow 

Basically, each time someone completes part of the form, and edit link to the submission is sent to a second person to complete his part. Hope that helps.
