    Solicito de su apoyo ya que el día de ayer trasmitimos unas encuestas y no se reflejaron los Códigos de LV y Código de FQ en el siguiente link.

    Me podrian apoyar validando si fue nuestro error o alguna actualizacion que ustedes hayan realizado. Muchas gracias.

    I believe there was no update about the widget/field made yesterday.

    I tested a submission on the form https://form.jotform.co/80187357597875 today and selected the options on the "LV Codes" and "CF Code" field.

    And it seems that it reflected correctly on your  Submission page.

    I also cloned your form and did a test submission on the cloned form but I am still unable to replicate the issue.

    Please let us know if the issue happens again and kindly let us know the Submission ID so we can dig deeper on the issue.
