However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having issues receiving notifications for a a form submission. I cloned your COP Masterclass Gala Dinner form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.     If this is not the form you are referring to, can you provide us with the link to your form for us to check? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Our participants say that they have filled out the form, but we have not received the form information.

    and when we tried to fill out the form for the second time, `Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. We receive a warning saying "Multiple submissions are disabled for this form." I want to allow filling multiple times.

    Hello Semra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please try removing the notification email and adding it again? Most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the problem. Let me help you do that

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    • While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    • Next, select Notification Email.

    • Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
