Can results from each form submission be sent as a PDF?

    Helo, I would like to embed a form on multiple customer's websites and have the results sent as a PDF to my email address. Is this possible with JotForm?

    Yes, you can embed a single form to multiple websites. If you want to be notified via email when someone completed your form, then I suggest you create an email notification and enable the PDF Attachment option.

    You can enable the PDF Attachment in the "Advanced" tab.
