How can I set up the submissions to show form text sections?

    We need all of the text on our form to be captured and recorded on submissions. Right now text boxes are not showing up.

    Please enable a 'Show Headers and Texts' option on the form submissions page. This will include the text fields to the PDFs and submissions page view.

    Note that the text is not included in the emails. The workaround is to manually add it to the email template, or enable a PDF Attachment option to include the submission PDF attachments.
