My account disabled?

    Hi,


    It shows my account is disabled due to space, but I have deleted all uploads and everything in my trash. Can please reset my account so it is no longer disabled?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it's all fine. Since this issue is frequently happening to you, try to upgrade your account to any of the paid plans. Upgrading your account will prevent the same issue from happening and will give you more limits for your account.
