How to check my account usage and limits?

It shows I almost reached my limit for the free plan.
How could I know which condition I almost reached the limit?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account usage and limits can be found on your Usage settings. Let me show you how:

• From the My Forms page, click on your Avatar icon on the top right corner of the page and click Settings.
• Next, select Usage section on the left and that's it.
  

I checked your account but couldn't see any of your limits being reached yet. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
