Form freezes at submission!

Good evening, i have spent just about the whole day creating this order form for my small candle business. My customers are complaining that when they go to hit submit it just says please wait and never completes the order. So I have tried filling the order form out as well and it gives me the same issue its not submitting. How can I fix this issue?

When I checked your form, I saw that the Cash App Pay integration through Square is still not connected. Try to connect your Square account, so you can use the Cash App Pay integration.
