How to automatically include form fields in my autoresponder template?

    Hi there,

Instead of building the autoresponder email template for every form we have, is there an option to simply take everything on the form and show this in the autoresponder email?

Kind of like the notification email. The person completing the form, wants a copy of the form they submitted with all fields but it's very clunky and time consuming to have to build this with every form.

    Thanks

    Yolandie

    Hi Yolandie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, when you create an Autoresponder Email, it will automatically include all form fields from your form to the email template its using. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
