Pre-populating a form

    Hello.

    Love Jotform.

    We have a jotform which is required to be updated by users every month.
    We have about 200 users.

    Is it possible, once they start typing in their contact details, to have the form automatically fill in from details in a previous excel doc?

    If not, any alternative solutions are welcome.

    If I understood your question correctly, you would like let the form user populate the fields of the form which were filled out previously. If so, you can use our "Spreadsheet to Form" widget in order to meet the mentioned expectations. 

    For example, check this form given below:

    https://www.jotform.com/71642066575965

    If you enter "unique1" into the "Spreadsheet to Form Widget" field, then the other fields will be populated with the related informations on the spreadsheet.

    Alternatively, you can use our Prepopulate feature in order to let the user fill the form that they have previously filled out automatically with using URL parameters.
