Im inquiring as to if there is a way to receive a complete pdf (with all form elements included) once a form is submitted.
The document would serve as a contract and I would like to have a full copy with all form elements included me emailed to me and ideally the submitter.
Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible.
First, make sure that the PDF Attachment is set to Yes in the ADVANCED settings of the Notification email and Autoresponder email.

Also, make sure that the Show Headers and Texts option is checked in the form submissions page.
