Hello, on one of my forms I set up payment through square. Usually, I only do the credit cards option but this form I added the google pay, apple pay, etc, options. When my customer tried to use google pay, the form told her this form was not supported. She tried credit card and it told her the same thing. I removed all options except the credit card. so I have two questions...

    1)

Can we use google pay, apple pay, etc. if linked with Square?

    2) how can i test payments through square. I don't know how to use sandbox mode.

    Hi sccogyouth,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Credit Card is the default for Square Integration, but you can accept payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay. Upon looking at your Square Integration, your Business Location has been stuck to Fetching locations. Square Integration: payment type not supported Image 1 Screenshot 30Please disconnect from your Square Integration and then reconnect to see if it resolves the problem. This would reconnect your Business location and correct it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon next to your Product list field.
    2. Then, click the Gear icon on the top right of your screen.
    3. Lastly, click the Dropdown button to reconnect your current integration.  Square Integration: payment type not supported Image 2 Screenshot 41

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here.
