Email Submission Formatting Issue

    Please see the attached screenshot. For my form, I have trigger an email notification to 2 separate email addresses. One to my company email and the other one to my Yahoo! email account. When I open the same email in MS Outlook, the header of the email is center aligned (circled in Green), while the one in Yahoo! email is left aligned (circled in Yellow). The left aligned format is correct one.

    I checked the HTML code of the email and it seemed to be correct. So, I am not sure what is causing this issue.

    Can you please assist to take a look?

    Hi Chang,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:

    Can you try to delete your Email Notification and add a new Email Notification.

    1. On the Form Builder page, select Settings from the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. On the left side of the Settings menu, select the Emails tab.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Email Notification and click the trash icon. Email Submission Formatting Issue Image 2 Screenshot 51
    4. Click + Add Email and select Notification Email.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Noted. I have created a new email using a slightly different forma. It works.
