I am trying to allow someone outside my organization use this form - But even though it's public, it's still requiring them to enter a password. I don't even know this password but I prefer if they didn't have to enter the password. How can we fix this

    Hi Drew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this. I checked the form, and it appears that the Password Protection feature is enabled. As a result, form fillers will be prompted to enter the form's password to access the form. Here's how to disable it:

    1. Click Settings in Form Builder.
    2. In the Form Settings tab, click the Show More Options tab.
Users are required to input the form password to access it Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Go to the Password Protection section and uncheck the Enable password protection checkbox.

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
