    Hi SAOforms,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you specify which conditions have you observed to be not working? Also, when you say publish, do you mean to sending out the form to your form fillers or embedding it on a webpage?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi SAOforms,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this; we just need to delete 2 of the 4 IF/HIDE conditions for them to work. Let me show you how:

Conditions are not working when the form is published Screenshot 30

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    • Now, tick on  the 2 If Condition and then click the Trash icon to delete them.  Conditions are not working when the form is published Screenshot 41

I see that there are a lot of loopholes in your conditions. Can you explain to us how you want your form flow to proceed?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

The issue that I need fixed is this-if at any point in the form someone selects 0 in the number of participants field. I need the total amount due, payment section, verify human and submit section to be hidden so they are not able to submit without selecting a number, Please let me know if this makes sense.

    Hi SAOforms,

Thanks for getting back to us. You need to update the existing conditions and add the following conditions to achieve your goal:

    • Remove this part in this condition.
