How to view the status of the Sign Document?

I have forms that are sent for signature that requires 2 signatures in a specific order. When I check on the status of the form I have to open the form to see the status. In DocuSign you can see the list of forms and status without opening. Just curious if JotForms has this option and I'm just not viewing it correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to tracking the status or progress of your Sign Document? If so, it's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Documents page and select your document.
2. Click on Signed Documents, which will automatically redirect you to your Sign Inbox.
3. On the Sign Inbox page, you can see all of your documents, and you can check their status, like Waiting for My Signature, Waiting for Others, Completed, Canceled, and Declined.

I understand how to open the document and check the status. I would like to know if there is a way you can view all my document titles and the status without having to click on each one.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you want to view all the Signed Documents and the status without having to click each one. As for the current feature, it is not available. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
