API-Limit Exceeded

What does this mean? We have a grandfathered $9.95/month premium plan. We have lots of applications coming in for a program this week and need to make sure we are not missing any. 

The API is the transfer of data between different services or simply the used in service integration with widgets and apps.

Do note that, our systems will automatically reset our user's daily API call limit at midnight for the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

For your account you have 10,000 API call limits per day. As I check your account, currently you have 2 apps in your account.

That may have been making a lot of calls to your API, which you have exceeded you daily API Limit.

To check, you need to create a New API  Key and paste it to https://api.jotform.com/docs/#user

Thank you for your speedy response. I think I am understanding what API is now.

I followed your steps, and got to the response body after creating a new API key. However, it did now show the same criteria as is shown in the example, so I cannot still see what the API calls are, only the API call-limit left.

In addition, your API website says if we'd like to increase our API limit (which, is currently 10,000/day because we have a paid subscription), we should contact you. How can we arrange an increase for the time being?

Thank you for the information you have given. Based from the screenshot you have given, you have accumulated already 9997 API calls when you made the screenshot, with your account you have 10,000 API calls daily.

The API calls decreases every second when I check the limit-left, are you still experiencing the API limit exceeded error?
