I have used jotform for years with my assessment and have not had problems. I've just added a new form (cloned from another) called Piedmont Plastics Exit Interview Questions. I have completed it 3 times and each time toward the end of the form, the form just disappears. I lose all the data and have to start over. It is very frustrating. I saw on your forum someone who had the issue in 2018 and it wasn't resolved. I'm concerned now. Please help. Caryn Lee

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I also cleared your form cache as this can often be of great help in refreshing the forms. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Thank you. It worked for me today. I'm saving as I go through so that I don't lose it. I'll let you know if it happens again. Thankfully, this isn't a form for my clients, but for me.
