Blank field in Google Sheet integration

I use the integration when someone fills out a form, it sends all my info into a Google sheet. All of my info sends over except one field. How do I fix that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, I have cloned it on my end and tested it and I didn't encounter any issues as shown in the screenshot.
