Hi Linda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am not quite sure about your question since you provided very few details. However, I checked your forms and I see that both of them are currently disabled. You can change the forms' status to enabled so they will be active again. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, select the disabled form.
- Click on the More button on the right side of the page.
- Select Enable from the options.
