    Hello,

We have a complex project intake form that is designed to create leads in Salesforce. We would like much of this information to land in a single "Description" field on our Leads inside Salesforce.

When building out the calculated field in the background, I tried using the <br/> tag as suggested in this solution: https://www.jotform.com/answers/12083741-form-calculation-widget-how-to-apply-line-breaks

Unfortunately, we still get a single mass of text.

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, using the <br/> tag does not work in the Short Text element. However, you can use the Long Text element instead to achieve your requirements. Here's how to do it:

    1. Add a Long Text element to your form.

    2. Click Settings in Form Builder.
    3. Go to the Conditions tab.
    4. Hover your mouse over the condition and click the Pencil icon to edit.

    5. Replace the Short Text field with your created Long Text field in the Summary section.

You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form.

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
