I'm trying to allow BLP files to be uploaded to my jotform but it keeps sending an error message.

    Hi there,

I need to be able to upload any and all files to my JotForm.

I fixed the issues I was having with video upload but now I'm having issues uploading any picture that isn't a jpg or png. Please advise.

    Thanks!

I believe that the supported formats are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif. These formats are listed in our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/29-How-to-Change-the-Allowed-File-Types-in-the-Upload-Field.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

I already have other files that are not listed there that are being accepted. I looked at the other guide you just sent and I put the "*" as it suggested to accept all files and the photo is still not being uploaded.

Would you mind sharing to us a .blp file so we can further test this from our end? We'll be glad to submit a report to devs if needed.

    Looking forward for your response.
