The link below will have the example. When you go to the form, all 4 options are selected and the payment shows $100 when we only need customers to pay for $25. Is there a way they can select only one, instead of deselecting the other 3? Thank you!

Hi Edwin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want the form filler to only select one product from the list. You’ll need to turn off Selected by Default for each product, and Users Can Select Multiple Products in the Product List. It's really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Product List and the Wand icon.
- Find the product in the Payment Settings menu on the right. Then hover over the product, and click on the Pencil icon.
- Turn off Selected by Default.
- Click Save.
After you turn off Selected by Default for each product, you can turn off Users Can Select Multiple Products. Here are the rest of the steps from where we left off:
- Click Back in the top-right corner of the Product Settings.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the Payment Settings.
- Click Additional Gateway Settings to expand it, and turn off Users Can Select Multiple Products.
- Click Continue.
