When I add the form to Shopify store, how does the customer checkout? Is this something I need to add to the form?

    Hi hillinnovations888,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When integrating a JotForm form into your Shopify store, the customer checkout process typically doesn't happen within the form itself. Instead, the form serves as a means for customers to provide information or make selections before proceeding to the standard Shopify checkout process.

    Here's how it typically works:

    1. Embedding the form: You embed the JotForm form into your Shopify store using the provided embedding code or through a JotForm app integration specifically built for Shopify.
    2. Customer interaction: Customers fill out the form on your Shopify store. This form could be for various purposes like collecting customer information, gathering product customization details, or any other specific information you need.
    3. Submit and proceed: After filling out the form, customers submit it. Depending on your setup, they might receive a confirmation message or be directed to another page on your store.
    4. Checkout: Once customers have submitted the form, they proceed with the standard Shopify checkout process to complete their purchase. This involves adding items to their cart, entering shipping and payment information, and confirming the order.

So, you typically don't need to add a checkout process within the JotForm itself. Instead, the JotForm serves as a tool to collect information from customers before they go through Shopify's checkout process to complete their purchase.
