I have followed these instructions for removing the respondent email from REPLY ALL: https://www.jotform.com/answers/8903913-remove-respondents-email-address-from-reply-to-all
It did not work. Please see the screenshots of how I set up a hidden field with a default email address, set the email to have the reply to because this default email address, and how the form submission still has the reply-to to as the respondent's email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested the form and it seems that you have put the email to the placeholder of the field. Can you set it to the default value as well? See the image attached:
Once done, when you click the Reply button, it will be sent to michelle@medschoolcoach.com. See the image attached:
