Having a client with an email address of chamberbelton@gmail.com doesn't get form submission emails. Is it on a block list?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I saw that the email address cxxxxxxxxxxxxn@gxxxl.com is not on the block list, or bounce list. Can you send us the link to your form for us to investigate it further? You can inform your client to whitelist Jotform email addresses, and domains from their email provider.
