Form submissions are automatically archived.

Hello, we've been using this form for a number of years and have recently noted that many of the entries to the form have been archived. We do not have archiving submissions as part of our workflow, and i've asked the team and nobody can recall ever archiving form submissions.

Is it possible that there is a limit on entries or some other Jotform policy in place that could be responsible?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Submissions are not automatically archived at Jotform in your Submission Table. However, if you are using Auto-Delete Submission widget, your form's submissions will then be deleted automatically.

If you're not using this widget, can you take a screenshot of what's happening and send it to us so it would help us to understand the issue and how to solve it. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. As a precaution, I have also cleared your form's cache which normally fixes temporary issues.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
