How to allow users to upload documents

    Hi, When a vendor is signing up for my event I need them to upload their business license, seller’s permit and more.

    how can I create a tab for those in the form that I’m creating?

    Hi Adrineh,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Use the File Upload element to allow users to upload a file (document, PDF, image, etc...).

    Use the Page Break element to add pages to your form.

    Once you have pages on your form, you can now add tabs to the form. Use the Form Tabs widget. This is found at the Widgets tab in the Form Elements. See the image below.
