My Product List feature request to restrict order based on geological location.

I would like to set geographical limits on my orders, how can I do that?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Would you like to disable your form after reaching the order limit? If so, you can set a limit in the form settings. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click Settings.
• Click Form Settings and go to Form Status.

• Choose Disable at Submission Limit, and enter the number of submission you want.
• Enter the prompt you want to appear once the submission limit has been reached, and click on Save.

Now, if you are limiting the number of stocks, then you can enable stocks on your product list. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select your product list, then click on the wand icon.
2. In the Products tab, hover over your product, then select the pencil icon.
3. Go to Stocks, then enable stock control by toggling the slider to YES.
4. Enter the number of available stocks.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Interesting. I did not ask about order limits, never crossed my pencil. So why the in depth answer about order limits??

I asked about geographical limits on oders. That is if a person is ordering service outside of the designated geographical area then the order will not be taken.

Can you tell me if it can be done with Jotform? If you can please do. If the answer is yes please tell me how.

Thanks for using Jotform. We don't have a built-in feature that restricts or limit order based on their geological location.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
